Professional Construction Inc is a Family owned Construction Company specializing in Carpentry and Flooring that has been in business since 2004.

We are currently in need of an: Administrative Office Assistant (Full Time)

Position Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

-Greet customers and vendors as they enter the building. With a SMILE!!

-Answer phone calls and direct inquiries where needed

-Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management -Assist in data entry tasks - accounts receivable and accounts payable where needed

-Assist in general HR related activities as needed - i.e. Time sheet reconciliation, etc

-Ensure day to day office tasks are completed

-Help to maintain supplies – office and general / minorcleaning

Position Requirements

-Minimum 3 years office experience


-Ability to work well in a Team Environment

-Strong Organizational, Multitasking and Time Management skills needed

-Office Computer experience a must. Microsoft Word, Excel. (Quick books is a plus)
