Job description

The president of a well established, downtown Milwaukee-based service and real estate firm is seeking an innovative, sequential thinker to assist in managing the affairs of his business endeavors and daily workload prioritization. This person will serve as both a gatekeeper and liaison with senior staff and clients, and will speak and correspond on his behalf. Responsibilities will include overseeing and organizing complicated projects and calendars as well as arranging travel and preparing itineraries. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, well read, have an exceptional memory, be meticulously organized, tech savvy, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast paced environment, and possess strong writing skills. A Masters Degree in Business Administration is preferred. The position is based in Milwaukee, but will call for monthly travel with the president. Excellent compensation package of up to $85K and benefits offered (including parking and relocation assistance) to the qualified candidate.
