2nd Shift General Labor Production
Hartford, WI 53027

Perform repetitive operations of hanging parts on a paint line to be painted or packing parts.


Hang parts on hooks for painting per directions of line coordinator
Perform visual inspection of parts for obvious defects when hanging part
Track all parts and counts to make sure they match work order
Work performed based upon work orders or verbal instructions
Pack parts according to work order or verbal instructions

Must demonstrate high level of eye / hand coordination and manual dexterity.
Must have mechanical aptitude and ability.
Must have the ability to read / write and understand both verbal and written work instructions, work orders or customer specifications.


High school diploma or equivalent or previous experience in a manufacturing environment.


Must have and wear protective gear designated for the Department and job.
Must be able to stand for all or most of a regular work shift as well as reach, bend and stoop.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.


Medical, Dental, Life, AD&D, and STD at first of month following 59 days
10 paid Holidays + 5 days paid vacation + 5 unpaid days off during first year
Matching 401(k) retirement contribution first of next quarter following 1 year of employment
