The community is also conveniently placed within 1 mile of the 101 (North and South) and 202 (East and West) freeways, making it just a quick drive to most valley areas.

Caribbean inspired contemporary furnishings will allow you to unwind and provide you with complete comfort and relaxation. The living room includes L-shaped off-white Natuzzi leather sofa and a 52 inch flat screen cable TV with TiVo DVR. The fully-equipped brand new kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel whirlpool appliances, coffee maker, blender, and toaster, contains all cooking utensils, pots, pans, and plenty of dishes and glassware. Spices, herbal teas and coffee will be provided along with staple items to help with your basic cooking needs. The master suite includes a queen bed with brand new Nova Foam premium mattress, extended closet space, LG flat screen LCD TV with DVD, large double sink bathroom and private balcony. Beautifully appointed secondary bedroom features a queen sized bed with quilt topped luxury mattress, walk in closet, its own bathroom, selection of reading materials to enjoy during your stay and a private patio with a wooden bistro table and 2 chairs. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea! Broadband Internet connection, telephone, and Wi-Fi service are also included. Ceiling fans are included.

Luxury towels and linens are included as well as a variety of sleeping pillows to meet your individual preferences in each of the bedrooms. Pool towels provided for use in either of the two pools (one heated) and the jacuzzi. There is a full-size washer and dryer and private garage.

Free Trolley stops right out in front of the condo every 20 minutes! The Scottsdale and Neighborhood Trolleys are a free service to Old Town, Main Street Arts District, Marshall Way Arts District, Fifth Avenue Shops, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Waterfront, South Bridge, schools, parks, recreation, hospital/medical treatment facilities, shopping and other local services; as well as transfer options to the free Tempe ORBIT Earth, and Valley Metro fixed routes.
