"This unit has a king in the master, a single and double in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom. The sofa makes into a queen. The rental folks say eight and it depends on the group and number of kids. We rent to families over age of 25 as 50% of the building has permanent residents. Computer with high speed internet access. Vonage internet phone service with free US and Cnd calls.
Check in is after 2:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM This is the total rent and includes all fees. Please confirm with a phone call or email if you want the condo. Remit 50% of rent in the next 7 days and the balance by 30 days prior to your stay.

The idyllic view is at it's peak at sunset, and offers tremendous bird watching with many unusual species of waterfowl stopping over on their way to and from Mexico and Canada along the Pacific flyway.

Stay in shape by walking part or all of the 20 miles of bike path right outside your door. Nearby health clubs offer seasonal passes to the seriously health conscious. Scottsdale's famous nightlife and shopping boutiques are minutes away by car. For the outdoor enthusiast this home in the epicenter of the Valley of the Sun's 300+ golf courses,and excellent fishing is literally right outside your door. (I personally know of a 5 pound large mouth bass that lives under the tree next to the patio)
